Three Year Enrollment Summary Instructions For Review

In order for the State Aid Office to correctly calculate State Aid and State Aid projections, it is critical that accurate BEDS enrollment and related counts of resident and non-resident students be reported to the Education Department. The "THREE YEAR ENROLLMENT SUMMARY" displays selected 2009-10, 2010-11 & 2011-12 school year information for the district as reported to the Department on the BEDS Online Survey.

Please review the summary report carefully and submit any revisions necessary for the 2011-12 BEDS enrollment counts to the Office of Information and Reporting Services by no later than June 30, 2012.
