You must have JavaScript enabled to run SAMS.
Please follow the instructions below to enable it.

Select 'Internet Options' from the tools menu


Select the 'Security' tab, and click the 'Custom Level' button near the bottom.



Scroll down and click 'Enable' under the Scripting, Active Scripting option.
Then select 'ok, and 'yes' on the next dialog, and finally 'ok' again to close the window
