Help Screen for SS-31, CPSE Administrative Salary & Employee Benefits

Report the administrative salaries and benefits for professional and non-professional staff whose duties are directly related to CPSE administrative functions on this schedule.

This schedule allows the reporting of up to five professional and five non-professional staff. If your school district has more than five CPSE committees, you will need to do the following:

Make copies as required to include the reporting of all pertinent staff. The additional pages listing staff individually should be submitted directly to the STAC, Special Aids and Medicaid Unit; and

Report the total of all professional staff under Professional #1 and all non-professional staff under Non-Professional #1.

This will allow the SS-34, Summary of CPSE Operations to be reported correctly, as it is a calculated total of the SS-31, while providing the necessary individual data as well.
