Accept / "Clean" the CoSer Form Set
NYSED will review the CoSer Edit Report of each BOCES to ensure there are no remaining unapproved services to be addressed for the year being reviewed. Once there are no remaining unapproved services on the CoSer Edit Report, or any other outstanding issues, NYSED can mark the CoSer form set for that particular BOCES as clean. This action signifies NYSED's acceptance of the data. Once the CoSer form set has been set to clean, the revision process must be followed to modify services on the List of Active Services form for that BOCES in that particular year.
To clean the CoSer Edit Report after accessing it, press the "Clean" button.
