Please note that both the 180 calendar summary form AND the 180 day Instructional Time Waiver form need to be set to Ready status when complete, to allow for Superintendent certification

This certification form must be completed using the State Aid Management System. In accordance with the Electronic Signatures and Record Act (ESRA), an electronic signature is an electronic sound, symbol or process, attached to or logically associated with an electronic record and executed and or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the record. An electronic signature is considered to be attached to or logically associated with an electronic recording if the electronic signature is linked to the record during the transmission and storage.

Therefore, when clicking on the Certify button on the form, such process shall be considered the electronic signature of the Superintendent of Schools or in the case of a city school district with a population of one million or more, the electronic signature of the Chancellor.
