Important Notice on Final Cost Report Submissions
Final Cost Report submissions sent via email to State Aid will no longer be processed after July 15, 2026. State Aid requires specific Final Cost Report data to be submitted electronically through the Building Project area in the State Aid Management System (SAMS) Rebuild, which is set to launch August 3, 2026.

Please attend an upcoming training webinar to ensure questions are answered. If questions remain AFTER attending the webinar, email the State Aid Office at OMSSAMS@nysed.gov.
Additionally, please send an email with a fully completed PDF copy of the Final Cost Report attached to finalcostreports@nysed.gov with a subject line that includes “Final Cost Report for SED Project #XX-XX-XX-XX-X-XXX-XXX” (Please use full 15-digit SED Project Number) and the BOCES or District name. This email will go directly to the Office of Facilities Planning.
