IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING FINAL COST REPORT SUBMISSIONS
IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY, GOVERNOR CUOMO EXTENDED THE MARCH 16, 2020 DIRECTIVE THAT ALL NON-ESSENTIAL STATE EMPLOYEES FOR NEW YORK STATE'S AGENCIES AND PUBLIC AUTHORITIES, INCLUDING THE STATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, SHOULD NOT REPORT TO WORK. THEREFORE, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
FINAL COST REPORT SUBMISSION - CHANGE IN PROCESS DUE TO COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY. THIS DIRECTIVE WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. (11-15-21)
Final Cost Report submissions sent via hard copy mail will not be processed at this time.
Please send an email with a fully completed PDF copy of the Final Cost Report attached to buildingforms@nysed.gov with a subject line that includes “Final Cost Report for SED Project #XX-XX-XX-XX-X-XXX-XXX” (Please use full 15-digit SED Project Number) and the district name.
