IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING FINAL COST REPORT SUBMISSIONS

As a reminder, Final Cost Report submissions sent via hard copy mail will not be processed if submitted after 7/18/2024.

Please send an email with a fully completed PDF copy of the Final Cost Report attached to buildingforms@nysed.gov with a subject line that includes “Final Cost Report for SED Project #XX-XX-XX-XX-X-XXX-XXX” (Please use full 15-digit SED Project Number) and the district name.

Please email the State Aid Office at OMSSAMS@nysed.gov with any questions.

Note: This form does not apply to New York City.
