Calculation of Final 2011-12 Charter School Basic Tuition

Pursuant to paragraph (a) of subdivision 1 of section 2856 of the education law, as amended by Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2011, for the 2011-12 school year, charter school basic tuition shall be the same amount as charter school basic tuition for the 2010-11 school year.
