2013-14 Charter School Basic Tuition

2012-13 and 2013-14 Basic Tuition to be used by Public School Districts with resident students attending Charter Schools.

Pursuant to paragraph (a) of subdivision 1 of section 2856 of the education law, as amended by Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2013, for the  2013-14 school year charter school basic tuition shall be the same amount as charter school basic tuition for the 2010-11 through 2012-13 school years.
