State Aid Management System (SAMS) Rebuild

A rebuild to the existing SAMS system will be released in phases, divided by business area within the new SAMS application. The first area, Building Projects, was developed with user feedback and will provide users with a centralized place to enter, view, and manage building project information.

Changes with the Building Project Area Launch:
  • Fully electronic document submission- paper and email submission of State Aid forms will be replaced with direct entry into the SAMS system rebuild

  • Direct access to detailed building project information, including cost allowance calculations

    • Next Steps:

    The Building Projects area is scheduled to launch in summer ‘26. Additional business areas will be introduced in subsequent phases as the SAMS rebuild is developed.
