New ST3 Fields with Form and Item Number Designations
for 2008-09 School Year (2009-10 Claim Year)
(Updated 07/22/2009)

The identifiers indicated in < braces > below represent the new form and item numbers needed to import data into SAMS. The two digit number preceding the colon is the form identifier, the integer following the colon is the new item number. For example < 48:324 > is form 48, item 324. All data should be whole dollars (no decimals). Note that in 09-10 Claim Year SAMS ST-3 form 54 (Special Aid Fund - Expenditures) internal items numbered 205 thru 215 are no longer used.
