Reporting of Allowable and Non-Allowable Pupils on the Non-Allowable Pupil Decimal (NAPD) Worksheet
Districts submitting the NAPD Data Worksheet with their SAMS State Aid claim are required to report route information for a selected, single day of session in the previous March, April, or May; e.g., for the 2024-25 SAMS State Aid Claim Year, a day in March, April, or May of 2024 would need to be used for the NAPD Data Worksheet.
Please note that beginning with the 2010-11 SAMS State Aid claim, districts completing the NAPD Data Worksheet may report either the actual count of pupils transported on the selected date, or the pupil counts obtained from the district's computerized routing software for the selected date.
