Reminder the 2018-19 Textbook, Software and Library Materials Aid
will be Frozen April 30, 2019

This is a reminder to all districts that the 2018-19 Textbook, Software and Library Materials Aid will be frozen April 30, 2019. Therefore, districts are encouraged to review the 2018-19 IMA output report on the Web and submit any necessary ST-3 changes as well as Form A Schedule C changes relating to the Textbook, Software & Library Aid calculations to State Aid via 2018-19-18 SAMS by April 15, 2019.

Note: ST-3, Form A Schedule C and/or Form FB changes must be made in the 2018-19 SAMS software "Revision Data" Area. After making revisions in 2018-19 SAMS, please run the edit report and either provide a substantive explanation for the edit and/or make any changes necessary to eliminate the edit.  Once explanations and/or necessary changes are made, be sure to click "Submit Changes" on the Change Submission Form.
