Important SAMS update regarding ARRA and the ST-3

The originally published 2009-10 school year ST-3 Annual Financial report in SAMS has been updated to include a) a new Schedule SS-8 to report ARRA expenditures required by the federal government and b) changes to Special Aid Fund federal aid reporting to segregate ARRA and non-ARRA funds.
